- Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to share responsibility with two other CRNPs in the infusion room for reactions, triage visits, community outreach and patient education
- New graduate APPs are welcome to apply
- Ephrata Cancer Center clinic hours: M-F 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or 8 a.m. ? 5 p.m.
- Responsible for rounding 6-7 days per month at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital

Minimum Education:
- Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
- Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
- Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
Work Experience:
Licenses:
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
- BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
