Experienced Inpatient Psychiatrist 20-Bed Adult Unit 7 10 Day Rotation Idaho Northern Idaho Regional Medical Center is actively recruiting an experienced Inpatient Psychiatrist to join their established Inpatient Behavioral Health team. As a 145-bed general acute care hospital, they are the largest full-service regional medical center between Boise, Idaho, and Spokane, Washington. With a Level III Trauma Center and more than 100 board certified physicians and providers in both primary care and specialty disciplines, they deliver advanced-level specialty healthcare to ensure every patient, and their loved ones have everything they need to feel comforted, every step of their journey. About the position: Adult (18+) unit licensed for 20 beds General schedule/week: 8-12 hour days (may leave when done rounding but must be able to return to hospital during shift) Usually ONE rotation per month (7-10 days per) 24 hour/day call during rotation Average patients per day: 5-12 Team: Psychiatrist, RN s, Social worker/discharge Planner, Activities Coordinator Qualifications: BE/BC in Psychiatry Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of ID and DEA with full prescriptive authority Recruitment package may include: Compensation: Base salary starts at $320,000 + wRVU production incentive OR pure production $50K Sign-on bonus 25+ days PTO $5K CME allowance $15K relocation allowance Student loan repayment assistance Health benefits 401(k) retirement plan Medical malpractice insurance/tail coverage
