Outpatient Monday - Friday hours of operation, but provider schedule can be flexible. Currently 5 providers on staff, 2 doctors and 3 mid-levels. Great patient mix. Organization has a tenured administrative staff and has been in existence since 1977. Coverage is by telephone only and is one week out of every 13 weeks.
