Job description

Wisconsin - Ophthalmology Opportunity Ophthalmology Group is adding an Ophthalmologist to work on cataracts and plastics. Join a 40 year old independent, integrated OD/MD private Ophthalmology practice with 19 Optometrists and 4 Ophthalmologists in 5 offices. The group is committed to eye care excellence, specializes in a wide range of eye care services, including iLASIK, cataract surgery, glaucoma management, retinal and corneal disease, dry eye treatments, and more. This large group gets along very well and they are looking for personable Physicians to join their team. The practice has a large referral base both from the practice doctors as well as outside optometrists and ophthalmologists. Most cases will be performed in the in a free standing ophthalmic surgery center. Ownership in the ASC will be offered. Teaching opportunity available for optometric and medical residents. Do up to 15-20 cataract surgeries in a surgical day including refractive cataract with Lensx femto with TORIC and multifocal IOLs, plus LAL. EPIC EMR Call: 1 week per year 1 st call; 5 weeks per year as back-up call with no need to come in to hospital Patients per day: 15 for a half day, 30 for a full day Cannot accept visas Looking for someone to start in Fall 2026 (or later) Compensation/Benefits Offer: $400k - $425k (production bonus when net revenue exceeds base salary) Sign on bonus offered Relocation compensation available as well Comprehensive benefits: 401k, Health insurance and other insurance offerings Vacation: 4 weeks per year Student loan reimbursement is negotiable The Area : Located just north of Lake Winn
