A large, growing Medical Group in Colorado who specializes in Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Living, is seeking Board Certified/Board eligible Family Practice, Geriatrician, and Internal Medicine Physicians in Denver metro and surrounding areas. You will see patients in subacute, longterm care, assisted living, and independent living settings depending upon specialty and assigned patient population. Reliable transportation is required, and you may be required to visit more than one facility in a day with reimbursement for travel between facilities. Some sharing of evening, weekend, and/or holiday call duties. Schedule is M-F days with rotating weekends and call. Competitive salary and full benefits. Job ID# 697
