Family Practice - With OB Physician

• Specialty: Family Medicine
• Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient Community Health Center
• Start: As soon as credentialed (approximately 2 3 weeks)
• Assignment Length: 3 months with strong extension potential
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• 40 hours/week
• No Call No Nights No Weekends
• EMR: Epic
• Patient Volume: Up to 21 patients per day
• Patient Population: Newborn through Geriatrics

• Dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider
• Reception staff
• Mental Health Therapists
• Dietitians
• On-site Pediatrician (most locations)
• Local Healthcare Administrator

• Preventive & Primary Care
• Acute & Walk-in Visits
• Chronic Disease Management
• Basic Office Procedures
  • Injections
  • IUD Placement
  • Minor Wound Care

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active Washington Medical License
• Active DEA
• Epic experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced community health setting
• Experience caring for underserved, migrant, and refugee populations is highly valued
• Spanish or Russian language skills are a plus
• Clean background and malpractice history
• COVID & Flu vaccination required
