    • Need coverage at least one week per month

    • Monday - Friday
    • 8a-5p
  • Census:
    • 5-15 patients per day
  • Setting:
    • Clinic and echo reads
  • Support Staff:
    • Full support team
    • 1 APP
  • Procedures:
    • All general
  • EMR:
    • EPIC
  • Board Certification:
    • BC with Cardiology fellowship
  • Travel:
    • Facility will cover
  • Credentialing timeline:
    • 60 days for full privileges
  • Requirements:
    • Must be willing to get MA license and DEA/CSR
