Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: 3 FTE model with a 2 on 1 off rotation; 17 weeks off per year
- Job Setting: Hospital - Level II Trauma Center
- Types of Cases:
- Open Heart / Cardiac Anesthesia (500+ cardiac cases per year)
- Thoracic cases (including robot-assisted)
- Complex Vascular
- Complete Orthopedic
- Regional Anesthesia
- Structural Heart (Watchmen, PFO closures, MitraClip)
- CRNA Supervision (90% supervision model, occasionally performing own cases)
- General Anesthesia (Adult)
- Spine
- Start Date: November 1, 2026

Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
- Certifications:
- Fellowship or recent extensive cardiac surgical experience capable of covering all cases (except LVAD and Transplant)
- Perioperative echo certification with strong echo capability; able to assist with surgical decisions for valve surgeries
- Echo experience or extensive structural heart case experience (Watchmen, PFO closures, MitraClip)
