New Graduate Support
Participating organizations understand the transition from residency or fellowship into independent practice. Depending on the position, new physicians may receive:

Previous FQHC, community health or safety-net experience may be valuable, but it is not required for every opportunity. Relevant residency rotations, fellowship experience, community-health training and experience serving underserved populations should be highlighted.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree
- Completion of an accredited residency or fellowship program, or anticipated completion in 2027
- New and recent residency or fellowship graduates are welcome
- Board eligibility or board certification in the applicable specialty
- Eligibility for physician licensure in the selected state
- Eligibility to obtain DEA registration
- Ability to satisfy employer, payer and credentialing requirements
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to patient-centered and culturally responsive care
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
