New Graduate Support

Participating organizations understand the transition from residency or fellowship into independent practice. Depending on the position, new physicians may receive:

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree
  • Completion of an accredited residency or fellowship program, or anticipated completion in 2027
  • New and recent residency or fellowship graduates are welcome
  • Board eligibility or board certification in the applicable specialty
  • Eligibility for physician licensure in the selected state
  • Eligibility to obtain DEA registration
  • Ability to satisfy employer, payer and credentialing requirements
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered and culturally responsive care
  • Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
