Shift Details:
- Estimated Start Date: September
- Schedule Details: 3 Days a week, 10-hour days, 8 hours patient-facing, 2 hours Admin Time (days of the week TBD).
- Number of Shifts Needed per Month: MUST be able to commit to one of the following: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off or alternating weeks.
- Call Requirements: At least once a week () and a weekend in the rotation with FP OB providers
- Certifications Needed: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Case Load: 18+ PPD
- Patient Age Group: Infants, Peds, Adults
Licensing & Privileging:
- License: IMLC Accepted, PA License strongly preferred
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90-120 Days
