Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Permanent Primary Care NP position in SNFs & Assisted Living position in MA

Job Details

• Certified as an NP - interested in post-acute care or geriatric patients
• Joining a privately-owned group that goes into SNFs and Assisted Living facilities to treat patients
• Going between 1-2 facilities a day
• Flexible, create your own work schedule - half the day working onsite & half the day charting/admin time (which can be done at home), as long as you see the patient load, the schedule can be created however you like it
• Average seeing 14 patients a day - if you see more = more productivity bonus
• All locations are within North County, MA
• Base salary starting for a new grad NP is 115K plus bonuses, and for an experienced NP is 125K plus bonuses and a full benefits package
