What You'll Do

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active Virginia Dental License (or eligibility to obtain one).

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Base Salary: $200,000 annually
- Performance-based compensation with earning potential up to $400,000+ per year
