Hourly: $350/hr
Overtime: $350/hr
Schedule
• Monday Friday
• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Clinic: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
• Hospital Consults: 1:00 PM 5:00 PM
• No call
• Up to 5 shifts per month as needed

Clinical Details
• Average 3 6 hospital consults per day
• Clinic visits include new and follow-up patients
• Return visits: 20 minutes
• New patient visits: 40 minutes
• Provider works independently
• EMR: Epic
Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease
• Active Maryland license or willingness to obtain one
• IMLC accepted
• ACLS certification
• DEA required
• Maryland CSR required
Credentialing
• Approximately 60 days
• Full privileges available
