A respected outpatient primary care practice in Georgia is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a long-term locum tenens assignment. The provider will begin coverage at one outpatient clinic location in August and transition to a second clinic location in September. This is a fully outpatient opportunity with no call, admissions, inpatient responsibilities, or hospital privileges required.
Position Highlights

•Monday-Friday schedule
•No call responsibilities

•Epic EMR
•Supportive clinical team including RN, MA, NP/PA, and office staff
•Long-term assignment through year-end
•Ability to work with an established patient population
Responsibilities
•Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
•Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
•Perform preventive care and wellness visits
•Manage patients across the full age spectrum, including:
oNewborns
oInfants
oChildren
oAdolescents
oAdults
oGeriatric patients
•Maintain accurate and timely documentation within Epic EMR
•Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications
•MD or DO
•Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
•Active Georgia medical license required
•Current BLS certification
•Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages
•Experience with Epic preferred

•1 Registered Nurse
•2 Medical Assistants
•1 NP/PA
•3 Office Staff members
