Setting: Inpatient/ED
FTE: 24/7 Call coverage
Duties: ortho Level 2 trauma call; surgical cases as needed
Required Procedures: general orthopedic care, fracture care
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: ED and OR staff
Reason for Coverage: lack of available orthopedic surgeons to complete call schedule
Deal breakers (do not present this): must have a Nebraska license
Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: 30-60 days
Requirements: Orthopedic surgeon
Credentialing with other facilities? No
Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less?: No

REQUIRED FOR NAME CLEAR:
Board Certification Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedics REQUIRED
NE License HIGHLY PREFERRED or IMLC REQUIRED
Residency Requirements/Fellowship Orthopedic Residency Required REQUIRED
Other Certifications ATLS HIGHLY PREFERRED , DEA REQUIRED
Malpractice Clean Preferred HIGHLY PREFERRED
Availability at time of name clear REQUIRED
Case logs required at time of presentation - client will require before interviewing/offering provider
