JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Licenses: Active WA License
  • Board: Required
  • DEA: Active WA DEA
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS (may be required)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years
  • Other Qualifications: Spanish or Russian preferred, COVID and Flu vaccination required, Name clear required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide comprehensive family medicine services to patients from newborns to geriatrics in an outpatient community health center setting.
  • Manage chronic diseases, acute care needs, and walk-in patients, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Perform basic procedures including injections, IUD placements, and minor wound care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical assistants, mental health therapists, dietitians, and pediatricians.
  • Maintain a patient volume of up to 18 patients per day, adhering to productivity expectations and documentation standards.
