- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Must have at least 1+ yrs exp in Family Practice as NP/PA
- Family Practice clinic setting - outpatient only
- 2 locations to choose from
- 40 hours a week - Tues-Fri 8a-6p and Sat 8a-12p - 1 hour lunch facility is closed
- 40 hours a week - Mon-Fri 8a-6p - 1 hour lunch facility is closed
- Call - 1 week in every 10-12 weeks
- Must be able to see all ages
- Spanish fluency a huge plus
