Cardiology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Eastern Oregon Position Overview
An established, hospital-employed cardiology practice is seeking a dedicated and innovative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its collaborative cardiovascular team. Working alongside an experienced cardiologist and advanced practice provider, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with cardiovascular conditions while helping expand access to specialty services in a growing community.
This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, team-oriented environment with a manageable patient volume, no call responsibilities, and a strong referral base.

Clinical Responsibilities
-
Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and follow-up care
-
Assist in the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular disease
-
Interpret ECGs, cardiac imaging, and device interrogation reports
-
Manage implantable cardiac devices
-
Supervise stress testing procedures
-
Perform minor procedures including loop recorder implantation/removal, cardioversion, and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)
-
Educate patients on disease prevention, risk factor modification, and healthy lifestyle changes
-
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the multidisciplinary care team
