Lexington Clinic is seeking a BC/BE General Neurologist to join a busy practice in Lexington, Kentucky.
This is an extremely unique position:
There are very few practice models where you can own your practice and still have the stability of an organization to manage the business side of operations for you.
The leadership team's purpose and goal at Lexington Clinic is to facilitate and make physicians' day-to-day lives easier and to preserve the last bit of autonomy they have in practicing medicine.
Our CEO is a physician who practiced medicine in a private equity-owned environment for many years. That experience inspired him to never want to work in that model again. At Lexington Clinic, you will collaborate with neurosurgeons, interventional pain physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and physical medicine & rehabilitation specialists to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
Position Highlights:
Lexington Clinic is Central Kentucky's oldest and largest multi-specialty group practice, consisting of more than 200 physicians, 180 advanced practice providers, and 1,600 full-time employees. Lexington Clinic provided over 1,000,000 patient encounters in 2025.
Lexington is the second-largest city in Kentucky with a population of approximately 300,000 and is known as the "Horse Capital of the World." Located in the heart of the Bluegrass, white fences line the countryside and stately horse farms house some of the world's greatest thoroughbred horses. - Outpatient-only practice with no hospital coverage
- New flagship state-of-the-art Neuroscience Center
- Existing patient base
- Large internal referral network with more than 30 specialties
- Collaborative team consisting of 2 physicians and 1 APRN
- Work alongside neurosurgery, interventional pain, orthopedic surgery, and PM&R specialists
- 1:4 call schedule with minimal after-hours outpatient call

- In-office EMG and EEG equipment
- EMG, EEG, nerve blocks, and chemodenervation performed in-office
- Physician owned with partnership track and the opportunity to purchase stock shares
