Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jupiter, FL. As a Hospitalist you will provide medical care and patient management within our hospital. Primary responsibilities include diagnosing and treating inpatients, admitting patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care for patients during overnight shifts, and addressing any clinical emergencies that may arise.


7 days on/off, Tuesdays through Mondays, 7am to 7pm. 16-20 patient encounters per day on average. EPIC is our EHR. 24/7 intensivist team. No codes, no procedures.


Qualifications

  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with relevant hospitalist experience
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in acute care settings
  • Ability to handle medical emergencies with proficiency and prioritize patient care efficiently
  • A valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Florida
  • Commitment to maintaining patient safety, quality care, and compliance with clinical standards
  • Experience working night shifts in a hospital setting or similar environment is preferred

Job Responsibilities

7 on, 7 off Tuesday-Monday, 7am to 7pm. Rounding on 16-20 patients per day on average.
