Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care including assessments, exams, and treatment planning

Perform procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound care

Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans, wellness, and preventive care

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and legal standards

Collaborate with physicians and care teams to support continuity of care Salary: $95,000 $125,000 + benefits
