We are seeking anexperienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing outpatientGastroenterology practice in Casper, Wyoming. No prior Gastroenterologyexperience is required-providers with a strong primary care or internalmedicine background are encouraged to apply.
Position Details - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Clinical Schedule: 3-4 days per week in the Casper clinic
- Administrative Time: 1 dedicated administrative day each week
- Outreach: Potential travel 1-2 days per week to outreach clinic locations
- Travel Reimbursement: Included for outreach travel
- Lunch: 1-hour daily
- Patient Population: Adults (18+)
- Patient Volume: Approximately 12-16 patients per day
- Hospital Rounding: None
Responsibilities - Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients with acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions.
- Perform new patient consultations, follow-up visits, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing and laboratory studies.
- Educate patients on disease management, medications, and preventive care.
- Collaborate closely with gastroenterologists and the clinical support team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple clinic locations.
Compensation &Benefits - Base Salary: $115,000-$120,000

Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Board Certified as an NP or PA
- Eligible for or active Wyoming NP or PA license
- Gastroenterology or adult internal medicine experience preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
