Physician Assistant Job Requirements
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient management skills

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a Hem/Onc setting under established clinical guidelines
- Perform patient assessments, review medical histories, and support ongoing patient management
- Monitor patient progress, document findings, and communicate updates to the care team
- Assist with treatment coordination, follow-up visits, and ongoing disease management
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and supportive care needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
