Pulmonology - Critical Care Physician Assistant

We have 3 people at night stationed to handle different areas of the hospital, one doing trauma, one critical care unit and other in the ER. We want to be able to have everyone cross trained to be able to cover any of these areas. At night they work independently but there is always a physician as backup to call if they need help we will also train them in PICC Line placements. If you already have experience in critical care, trauma or Er and with lines then starting compensation would be $135k, someone with just critical care experience but no lines or new grad would start at $125K.
