Board-Certified OB/GYN physician at an established hospital seeking consistent call coverage beginning September 2026.
Position Highlights:
• Ongoing assignment with long-term coverage needs
• 24-hour beeper call shifts
• Minimum commitment of one week per month
• Inpatient hospital setting
• Epic EMR
• Emergent GYN and limited emergent OB procedures
• No planned deliveries
• No NICU responsibilities
• Low patient volume, typically 1 2 emergent cases per shift
• Flexible recurring schedule with consecutive call shifts available
Responsibilities:
• Respond to emergent OB and GYN consults and patient needs
• Perform emergent procedures as clinically indicated
• Collaborate with hospital staff to provide timely patient care
• Complete documentation within Epic EMR
Requirements:
• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active medical license or IMLC eligibility
• Active DEA
• BLS certification
• Recent OB experience within the past 2 years
• Comfortable with 24-hour beeper call coverage and emergent procedures
