300k base plus
Sign-on Bonus of 55,000 and Retention Bonus of 35,000

18-20 patients/day
4-day work week

Microsoft DAX program available
Implemented Primary Care panel RNs dedicated for clinic
full range diagnostic laboratory, on-site pharmacy and imaging services
1.5 hours from Saint Louis and Springfield, Missouri
