• Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday with one half day off weekly
• Call Schedule: Weekend inpatient call rotation

PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Pediatric population
• Patient Volume: 700 deliveries/year
• Rounding: Limited inpatient rounding
• Consults: As required for inpatient cases
• Case Mix: General pediatrics, minor inpatient care
FACILITY INFORMATION • Level 2 Nursery
• T eam Structure: Join 2 pediatricians and 1 pediatric hospitalist
• Support Staff Available: Emergency Department clinical support staff

REQUIRED PROCEDURES • Standard outpatient pediatric care
• Inpatient pediatric evaluations and management as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses: Arkansas medical license or eligibility
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Deliver comprehensive pediatric care in outpatient setting
• Participate in weekend and inpatient call rotations
• Collaborate with pediatric team and hospital staff
• Support quality initiatives and patient-centered care
