She Recruits is partnering with a respected, community-based healthcare organization in Washington State to identify an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) who thrives in a collaborative, team-based care environment.

The Opportunity

As an ARNP, you will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population while collaborating closely with physicians, fellow ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff.

This role supports independent clinical judgment while operating within a coordinated, population-health focused system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage acute and chronic conditions within ARNP scope
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams on patient management plans
  • Develop individualized patient education and self-management plans
  • Utilize evidence-based practice to guide clinical decision-making
  • Maintain timely documentation (within 48-hour compliance standards)
  • Complete accurate coding and fee documentation
  • Meet productivity benchmarks (3,400 encounters annually, FTE)
  • Participate in daily huddles and coordinated care planning under the PCMH model
  • Identify at-risk populations and manage panel-specific population health initiatives
  • Engage in quality improvement, peer review, and departmental development
  • Support clinical education for student nurse practitioners
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited ARNP program
  • Active RN and ARNP licensure in Washington State
  • Prescriptive authority in Washington
  • Prior patient care experience required
  • Experience with minor surgical procedures preferred
  • Strong understanding of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation processes
