- St. Vincent Medical Center
- St. Anne Hospital
- St. Charles Hospital
- Perrysburg Hospital
- 100% inpatient and ER consults
- Average patients per day
- Level I Trauma Center and community hospital coverage
- EPIC EMR
- Temporary privileges available
- Transportation and housing provided
Requirements
- NP or PA
- Board Certified
- Active Ohio license required
- BLS, ACLS, and DEA required
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
- Local candidates preferred
- Providers with minimal malpractice settlements will be considered on a case-by-case basis
