San Jose, California, Family Nurse Practitioner Job Clinical Role:

  • Permanent position
  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family nurse practitioner
  • Must have 2+ years' post training experience
  • Reason for need: growth
  • Ability to work 2-5 days per week - dependent upon your availability
  • FQHC Setting
  • Outpatient only
  • Rotating phone call
  • Many of their patients speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Vietnamese
  • Bilingual is not required - however, they want providers who are okay working with an interpreter
  • Monday-Friday, 830a-5p
  • You'd work a 10a-7p Thursday shift once every 7-8 weeks
  • See 15-20 patients per day
  • EMR: EPIC
