We re hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) role supporting hospital-based teams across multiple Orlando-area locations.

What You ll Do:

• Partner with physicians to improve clinical documentation quality

• Analyze data to identify documentation gaps and improvement opportunities

• Educate providers on best practices and compliance standards

• Collaborate with CDI, coding, and revenue cycle teams

What You ll Need:

• Active Florida APRN or PA license

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $115,000 $130,000
