  • DOT Certification
  • 2 years experience
  • Facility: An Urgent Care Setting
  • Schedule: Dates: ASAP - Ongoing (6+ months)
  • 156 hrs per month (4 weekend shifts per month)
  • Clinic is open 8a-8p
  • Shifts will be 12 hours
  • Must have a minimum of 6 shifts available each month
  • No Call
  • Assignment: Outpatient
  • Providers should be willing to float to other locations.
  • EMR: DocuTAP
