Opportunity:Physician - Psychiatry - Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Job Details:- Provide inpatient psychiatric services on an acute psychiatric unit with 6-10 patient encounters per shift
- Evaluate and manage a wide range of psychiatric conditions including anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders
- Experience with eating disorders and developmental disorders preferred
- Manage involuntary commitments in accordance with state regulations
- Utilize seclusion therapy and restraint application as clinically appropriate
- Provide pharmacotherapy as a primary treatment technique
- Must hold an active Ohio medical license or IMLC to be considered
- Board certification required at the certified level
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- Credentialing timeframe approximately 15-30 days
