Details:

  • Start Date: October
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
  • Call: Potential 3 6 night call shifts/month (5 PM 7 AM)
  • Patient Type: 100% Adult
  • Setting: 95% Clinic / 5% Hospital
  • Specialty Mix: 70% Oncology / 30% Hematology
  • EMR: Epic
  • Patient Volume: patients/day (2 3 new consults)
  • Appointment Times:
    • New Patients: 30 minutes
    • Follow-ups: 15 minutes
Requirements:
  • Board Certified in Hematology or Medical Oncology
  • Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Required
  • KY License or IMLC (LOQ in hand preferred)
  • BLS & ACLS Required
  • Experience with outpatient/inpatient Hematology & Oncology
  • Intrathecal Chemotherapy Experience Required
  • Intracavitary Chemotherapy Experience Preferred
  • NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) Required
  • COVID Vaccination Required
