Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN Hospitalist coverage
- Labor & Delivery management
- Emergency obstetrical care
- Inpatient OB/GYN consultations
- Surgical support as needed
- Collaborate with the hospital care team to provide high-quality patient care
Program Details
- Approximately 364 annual deliveries
- Approximately 364 annual surgeries
- Level IIE NICU
- Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) program onsite
- No Maternal Fetal Medicine physician onsite; consultation is readily available by phone
Requirements
- Board Certified OB/GYN
- Minimum of 2 years of OB/GYN experience
- Comfortable working 24-hour hospitalist shifts
- Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) physicians are encouraged to apply
