Required Skills: - Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Hematology and Oncology
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology or Oncology
- Proficiency in Epic electronic health record system and Ai for charting
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex treatment protocols
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Adaptable and flexible to evolving program needs
Nice to Have Skills: - Experience with outpatient and inpatient consults
- Additional certifications in advanced cancer therapies
- Proficiency with other electronic health record systems
- Experience in a fast-growing clinical setting
Preferred Education and Experience: - Medical Degree from an accredited institution
- Active NY Medical License in Hand
- At least 5 years of post-residency clinical practice in hematology and oncology
Other Requirements: - Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with 1-hour lunch break
- Ability to handle patient loads of 18-20 per day and occasional inpatient consults
- Comfortable with cell phone communication and use of Ai for charting
- Compliance with dress code of professional attire and closed-toed shoes
- Availability for overtime as needed, and coverage for work hours exceeding 40 per week in accordance with state and federal laws
- Must not have significant gaps in employment exceeding 30 days, with up-to-date work history and physician statement if malpractice involved
