Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 to 120 days
Required Qualifications
MD or DO
Board certified pediatric gastroenterologist, or board certified gastroenterologist as accepted by site
Active South Carolina license
DEA as required by site
Controlled substance registration as required by the site
BLS and ACLS
