Additional Details:
- Seeking a Board Certified Urologist for long-term coverage (1 year or longer preferred)
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
- Coverage includes Monday Friday Clinic & OR shifts (4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week)
- No Call Coverage
- Facility lodging available, if available during scheduled shifts
Requirements:
- Board Certified Urologist or Board Eligible
- Licensed in MI or IMLC
- MI CDS Required
- MI DEA Required
- ACLS Required
