• Seeking coverage starting in August November (possible extension)
• Tuesday Friday
• Hours: 7a-5:30p w/ 30 min lunch
• 10-hour shifts
• No weekends
• Patient Load: 10-12 per day
• Primary Care for Employee Health
• Preventative, Sick and Onsite labs
• 3 years of APP experience is required
• Must have FL State License and DEA
• Local Candidates Only (no travel is covered)
• EMR: EPIC
