Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately
Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
Maintain compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
Respond appropriately in emergency and high-pressure situations
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or compact state license required
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current BLS certification required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking abilities
