$300K base salary plus $55K signing bonus

- join an established practice with patient panel available to be as busy as you wish to be from day 1
- 4-day workweek
- EPIC EMR and Microsoft DAX program available
- Implemented Primary Care panel RNs dedicated for clinic
- outpatient only
- Solid Primary Care team, recruiting due to growth
- less than two hours from Springfield and two hours to Saint Louis, Missouri
Sign-on Bonus of $55,000 and Retention Bonus of $35,000
