Anesthesiology Physician

ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE-

• ACCEPTING PART-TIME NEW CANDIDATES that have a minimum of 2 weeks availability - Full-time availability is still strongly preferred strongly preferred
• NO NEW GRADS. MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• Providers will run their own cases and supervise CRNAs.

• Rush Start: Can get temps within 2-3 weeks for clean, FL Licensed clinicians.
• NOW ACCEPTING CANDIDATES THAT NEED TO APPLY FOR A FL LICENSE .
• An active FL license is preferred but not required

• Types of Cases: Ortho, GS, Vascular, Eyes, GS, Urology, Neuro, EP, Plastics, OBGYN, Thoracic, ENT, OMFS, Pain, GI
• Level II Trauma, No hearts, No OB, No Peds
• Majority of cases: Ortho, GS, Vascular, Eyes, GS, Urology, Neuro, GI
• Average Monthly Case: 680
• Required Procedures: Trauma, Regional US
• Care Team Model: # of CRNA:14 ; # of MD:
• Call Physician comes in on weekdays at 7pm to close the day and remains in-house (7p-7a). Back-up home call physician on weekdays after 12 hr day, off post-call.

• BOARD CERTIFIED REQUIRED
• BOARD ELIGIBLE ACCEPTED - (ONLY BOARD ELIGIBLE WITHIN 5 YEARS OF GRADUATION AND IF IT'S BETWEEN 3-5 YEARS WE NEED A DETAILED EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR BOARDS YET)
• LIFE SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS BLS, ACLS, PALS (MUST BE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION)
