  • DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
  • CPR for Healthcare providers
  • Minimum 2 years PA experience in primary care or relevant specialty preferred
  • Healthcare Provider CPR Certification
  • National certification as an Adult or Family Physician Assistant recognized by the Vermont State Board of Medical Practice
