What You ll Do
  • Provide inpatient urology care during scheduled 24-hour call shifts
  • Manage urology cases and perform surgical procedures as needed
  • Respond to callbacks, averaging 4-5 hours daily, adaptable based on census
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Participate in call coverage for 1-2 weeks per month, with potential for additional shifts
  • Ensure timely documentation and adherence to hospital protocols

What You Need
  • Active Medical License in Washington or eligible for IMLC
  • DEA certification
  • Board Certification in Urology
  • Urological surgical skills
  • At least 1-2 years of clinical experience in urology
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
