What You ll Do - Provide inpatient urology care during scheduled 24-hour call shifts
- Manage urology cases and perform surgical procedures as needed
- Respond to callbacks, averaging 4-5 hours daily, adaptable based on census
- Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in call coverage for 1-2 weeks per month, with potential for additional shifts
- Ensure timely documentation and adherence to hospital protocols
What You Need - Active Medical License in Washington or eligible for IMLC
- DEA certification
- Board Certification in Urology
- Urological surgical skills
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience in urology
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
