OT- home health needed asapPlans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor?s): RequiredMaster's Degree: PreferredOccupational Therapy licensure in state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: RequiredValid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: RequiredOccupational Therapist (OT): RequiredBasic Life Support (BLS) or Healthstream Basic Life Support (HS-BLS) or RQIBLS or Heartsaver CPR (CPR): RequiredAdventist Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
