Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

This role involves providing in-house obstetric care, managing labor and deliveries, and performing obstetric triage and gynecologic consultations. The physician will handle emergent gynecologic surgeries and manage acute clinical issues. The hospital supports approximately 140 deliveries each month and features a Level II-B NICU, providing care for newborns delivered at 31 weeks' gestation and beyond. Physicians will work alongside experienced Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) with OB/GYN backup coverage readily available.

Schedule and Assignment Details

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN, within 0-5 years post-residency.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Colorado medical license.

  • Recent NPDB Self Query Report required, within the last 30 days.
  • DEA certification must be obtained prior to starting.
  • Visa support available for J1 or H1B candidates.
