Job Summary: We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Medical Oncologist to join a well-established and growing oncology program. The incoming physician will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical oncologists, a radiation oncologist, and advanced practice providers in a modern, patient-focused environment.
This opportunity is ideal for both experienced physicians and recently trained fellows looking to build and grow a practice in a supportive and collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care for oncology patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated cancer care.
Oversee and manage infusion therapies and coordinate with hospital-based services.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Ensure high standards of patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.
Participate in practice growth and development initiatives.
Stay current with advancements in oncology treatments and clinical practices.
Qualifications: MD or DO degree required.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology (ABIM).
Completion of an accredited Hematology/Medical Oncology Fellowship program.
Eligible for or active Wisconsin medical license.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills.
