Opportunity Highlights:
  • Join a well-established, hospital-employed Hematology & Oncology program with an existing patient panel and strong regional referral base.
  • Balanced Hematology/Oncology practice with diverse pathology and meaningful benign hematology exposure.
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary cancer program with Radiation Oncology, nurse navigators, social work, dietitians, pharmacy, palliative care, and survivorship support onsite.
  • Experienced team consisting of Hem/Onc physicians, APP support, oncology-certified infusion nurses, and dedicated clinic staff.
  • 4.5-day workweek with Friday afternoons reserved for administrative time.
  • Manageable call structure with strong physician autonomy and workflow flexibility.
  • Clinical research opportunities and tumor board participation available.
  • Located in a family-friendly community with low cost of living and easy access to Dallas and Shreveport.
Compensation Package:
  • Base salary of $650,000
  • WRVU productivity incentives
  • $10,000 annual quality bonus
  • APC supervision stipend available
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package including 6 weeks PTO, retirement, malpractice, health, dental, and vision coverage
  • H1B visa sponsorship available
Requirements:
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
