Job description

  • Specialty:
    • Primary Care
    • Can take ABIM/ABFM
  • Coverage Needs:
    • 8/1 - 9/19
  • Shifts:
    • Looking for 2-3 days per week and can be flexible with days and hours
    • Office is open Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
  • Setting:
    • Outpatient Primary Care
    • Ages 18+ only
  • Census:
    • 15-20 pts per day
  • Support Staff:
    • On call MD
    • Physician Assistant
  • Procedures:
    • Bread and butter primary care
    • Well women exams
    • Diabetic wellness
  • EMR:
    • Practice Fusion
  • Board Certification:
    • Board Certified or Eligible
  • Travel:
    • Looking for commutable candidates ideally but will be open to travel considerations
  • Credentialing timeline:
    • 1 week
  • Requirements:
    • Active CA state license
    • Active CA DEA
    • Clean background
