JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: Board Certified required
  • Licenses: Licensed in NC
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, ABLS
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide on-call coverage for general surgery emergencies and consults
  • Perform general surgical procedures including laparoscopic, GI endoscopy, and other required skills
  • Manage inpatient surgical patients, including rounding and admissions
  • Participate in emergency surgery call, responding within required timeframes
  • Document overtime and callback with notes as preferred
